Hello from Heathrow!
Trent and I have made it safely on the first leg of our journey and are now sitting in the airport lounge until our flight this evening down to South Africa. As I have done in the past, I will be doing my best to update everyone as we go along with this installation. To start, I’ve included some pictures of the shed construction passed along to me by the builder. They should be finishing up the observatory today with us beginning the install work tomorrow. Telescopes are still sitting in customs, but we anticipate them being released soon and not delaying our progress here. One more big leg to get down to the Southern hemisphere and then we’ll be off and running onsite. Enjoy the pictures and talk to everyone soon!
Cheers,
MJ
